Sarah E. Flynn ("Lady Grey") is an award-winning international performer choreographer, director and producer with a career spanning over three decades. Her versatile talents have taken her to stages across the globe, from Broadway to the Sydney Olympics.
 

As a tap dancer, Sarah has shared the stage with luminaries such as Gregory Hines, Savion Glover, and Ted Levy. She has performed in prestigious venues including Times Square in New York City, the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago, and the Rogers and Hammerstein Ballroom on Broadway. In recent years, Sarah has made her mark in the cabaret and burlesque scene, producing and performing in Lady Grey's Late Night Cabaret and appearing in festivals across the United States, including the Fierce Burlesque Festival in Pittsburgh and the Vermont Burlesque Festival in Burlington.
 

As a choreographer, Flynn has created thousands of works since 1994, appearing in prestigious venues such as Walt Disney World and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Her creative repertoire ranges from grand-scale tap concerts to intimate cabarets, including her monthly "Lady Grey's Late Night Cabaret" that ran for five years. Flynn's choreographic credits extend to higher education, community theater, and professional productions like "The Nutcracker on Broadway" and "The Melody Lingers On" in Chicago.
 

Sarah's directorial and producing prowess is evident in her leadership of multiple companies, including Lady Grey's Lovelies, Crunch! Productions, and Footprints Tap Ensemble. Her innovative approach to entertainment has transformed the landscape of live performance, particularly in central Pennsylvania. Sarah continues to embody the spirit of creative leadership in the performing arts through her work as a board member of various arts organizations.
